With over 15 years of working in different industries including theatre, films, events and property management, Laura sought a change of career and chose to dedicate her skills and experience to help establish Movement Referrals on the map. Throughout her career, Laura’s drive has always been in offering high end Client Experience.
A recipient of the STAA Best Customer Experience Award in 2022, Laura’s focus is to put people’s – and pets’ – experiences at the centre of everything she does. Whilst her position as Movement Referrals’ Practice Manager is her first time joining the veterinary world, as a pet owner herself, she has a deep understand of what makes a difference in an owners’ experience when their pets are unwell.
