Laura started working as a Veterinary Receptionist back in 2015. Laura has undertaken a wide range of duties in her role as a receptionist/administrator within the Veterinary Specialist area for many years. She has also took some time in general practice to gain better insight into the referral process from start to finish.
She enjoys her work and has been able to gain a number of her skills over this time. Laura feels strongly about communication, administration and her favourite area, insurance.
However, her real passion is working for a place which brings care to the forefront for the animals and their owners.
